The Apple Watch 6 is the standard and flagship watch that uses the latest WatchOS 7 app. It is considered as the smartest watch that Apple has ever created since it is made complete with more health utility apps to keep you up in shape. While they are a bit similar with SE, Watch 6 includes three unique features: an always-on retina display, a blood oxygen app and an ECG (Electrodiagram) app. We’ve also covered this watch in our thorough review of whether or not an Apple Watch is worth it.

On the other hand, the Apple Special Edition (SE) is best if you want to wear it casually just because you want to flaunt it in front of everybody you see.
